This is our beautiful leash rack. Made entirely out of hard maple and lyptus wood. There is no particle board or plywood in this beauty.
Ben's little secret (as he's quite modest about it) is that he's a self-taught, master woodworker.
This lovely leash rack, which can be used as a coat rack too, will last your entire life time.
It is not something you will have to replace in 5 years, or something that is ruined and bubbles and peels when it gets water on it. It is something that you can hand down to your children and your children can hand down to their children. This is a quality piece of work.
The backing is 34" wide and the shelf is 30" wide and it comes out 6". All the wood is 3/4" thick, milled and planed by Ben. The shelf lip is thinner at 1/4" from resawn hardwood. The shelf is dadoed into the back, glued, clamped and screwed in place. Brass hooks are used and only a clear varnish is put onto the wood. A real woodworker never stains wood. He doesn't need to when he buys high quality wood.
Provided with your order will be three 3" industrial strength screws. You will need to know the location of the studs since this item must be attached to studs. This will probably take two people to attach it.
Toys, collars, and leashes not included. You must fill your own leash rack. Thanks!
The lead time on this item is about 4 weeks. We make these to order.
Versions without shelf can also be made available. They will be less expensive. Contact us at:
