Ella's Lead - Custom Leather Bracelets

We are now offering custom leather bracelets. They are customizable similar to our leather dog collars, but of course smaller. :)

You can choose from our leather options, concho options, and of course, we have LOTS of spots and rhinestones to choose from.

***Edited on 5/1/10: ALL bracelets are now being made with buckles. If you order a wider than 1" bracelet, we will be tapering on the edges by the buckle and straps to fit buckles.

On our decorative spots page, please choose any spots on there and decide on which pattern you'd like.
The various round spots and domes are great between the stones and rhinestones. If you want help designing a pattern, please feel free to contact us here. Rebecca will be more than willing to help you design your bracelet.

*Basic Spot patterning is going to be the same as the top pictured bracelet and the burgundy leather bracelet with the dome spots on it.
*spots along the edging of the bracelet are going to be like the bottom middle bracelet with the spots all along the edging.

Measuring your wrist for a bracelet:
Take a cloth/tailor's measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist.
Not snugly, and not too loose.
We take that measurement and add two inches (for anything over a 1 1/4") to the length of the bracelet when we make it.
We lose length on the width of the bracelet and on the ends where the snaps are.
This is why we allow for 2".
I've made bracelets for myself to test this. My wrist, correctly measured, is 6".
I add on 2" if I want the bracelet to fit me snugly or exactly.
I add 2 1/2" if I want my wrist to have immediate "breathing room".
Due to the snaps being stiffer, bracelets may seem like they do not fit initially.
Our suggestion is to snap and unsnap the snaps a few times before trying to snap the bracelet onto yourself.
When you give us your wrist size, please do NOT give us your "breathing room" wrist size.
Do not give us your "I've-added-an-inch-for-comfortability" wrist size.
Just wrap the measuring tape around your wrist, and whichever measurement it lands on, that's your wrist size. :)
That is the size we would like. We figure in breathing room when making these.
