When in a font description it says that a font is blockier (thicker) we mean that the individual letters are thicker in size.    They are stitched thicker and will be strongly visible on the collar vs. one of our thinner, more subtle fonts.
***Due to the nature of narrower collar widths (1" or narrower), we suggest not picking a font with thin lines or real fine details (tattoo or Tattoo Ink, for example) because these will not embroider out correctly on collars that narrow.***
