A way to get your order to you faster for the holidays.

Update: No, you are not imagining things, or experiencing a glitch. We have disabled the fast fee option for now.  Thank you!

This fee will ensure your purchase will leave our facility within a business week (does not include weekends or holidays) of you ordering.  If we are waiting on product components for your order, we will be in touch.  If your order will not be able to ship in time because of this fact, we will refund you the fast fee, but then your collar also falls back into order rotation.

We can only guarantee when your item will leave our facility.  We cannot, however, guarantee when the post office will deliver your package.  We do ship USPS priority, and that usually takes 1-5 days to arrive (during busy holidays it can take up to 5 days).

Fast fees do NOT apply to collars ordered with collar plates, nor does it apply to custom crystal collars (collars ordered under our crystal collars page should be fine).

*Fast fees MUST be ordered at the same time as the collar(s) you wish to apply it to.  We will not be applying fast fees to orders already placed.*

During sales, if we get bombarded with fast fee orders, your order may take longer than a week to ship.  However, we will still get to it asap.
